Doing Business

As every project is unique, we have to be very flexible.  When appropriate, we have methodologies we use to accelerate the process; we are happy to share these with you.

We propose projects on a fixed-priced or hourly basis.  Depending on your budget and goals, we will recommend the most appropriate activities that will have the greatest impact. 

Our services are typically proposed in two phases: Research & Analysis and Implementation. Completion of the Research & Analysis phase gives us sufficient understanding of the goals that need to be accomplished in the Implementation phase.

Depending on the recommended actions, we’ll either perform the work ourselves, use one or more of our trusted partners, or help you work with in-house staff or companies with which you already have relationships. 

Depending on the horizon you wish to impact, we aim for a return on investment within six to 18 months.
